We use the information you provide solely for the following legitimate business purposes: (a) Processing and fulfilling your trade enquiry or export order; (b) Generating and issuing a Proforma Invoice, Bill of Lading, and associated shipping documentation; (c) Communicating order status updates, including your unique Serial Reference Number (AAI-YYYY-NNNN); (d) Complying with Nigerian export regulations, NAFDAC food safety requirements, and NEPC export licensing obligations; (e) Preventing fraud and verifying the legitimacy of international trade transactions; (f) Improving our website and services based on aggregated, anonymised usage data.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) Contractual necessity — processing is required to fulfil the trade agreement or order you have initiated; (b) Legal obligation — we are required by Nigerian law (CAMA, NAFDAC Act, Customs & Excise Management Act) to retain certain trade records; (c) Legitimate interests — we have a legitimate interest in preventing fraud and maintaining the security of our trade operations; (d) Consent — where you have explicitly provided consent for a specific purpose, such as receiving trade newsletters or market updates.
